Comprehensive pain management services including medication management, referrals for procedures, and ketamine therapy for pain management.

Initial evaluation includes a comprehensive medical evaluation with options for dietary counseling and education, hormone evaluation and consideration for GLP-1 as well as other medication options.

We are pleased to offer Ketamine assisted therapy, with intramuscular (IM) ketamine administration. Each session is guided and monitored by a medical provider for a total of two hours. Options are available to optimize your treatment with therapy/integration sessions between treatments.

All patients must be seen by a medical provider for an evaluation prior to services being rendered. From gastrointestinal illness, hangovers, altitude sickness to upper respiratory infections, you can quickly feel your best to get back to your outdoor adventures. If medically appropriate and schedule availability allows, same day IV hydration and other treatment options can be schedule with your provider at the time of the visit.

We are excited to announce that we are accepting insurance. Currently we are in network with Aetna, BCBS, Medicare and Medicaid. HSA coverage for all services and products listed on the website. HSA credit cards and reimbursement is accepted. Currently awaiting in network coverage for United Healthcare, UMR, Cigna and Triwest.

In home detox services managed by a highly trained nurse practitioner with extensive hospitalist, acute and chronic pain management experience.

Additional IV ketamine treatments and low dose GLP-1 treatment available for substance abuse treatment. Michelle works with Revolution Recovery Services to provide Intensive outpatient group and individual therapy for substance abuse and dual diagnoses treatment.
